Chris and Andrea Mullineux set out in 2007 with a shared vision to create authentic Swartland wines that reflect the distinct terroir of the region, while embracing reasoned, sustainable farming practices and modern, minimalist winemaking.

Cicchetti e Prosecco, 24 September
Cicchetti and Prosecco are a match made in heaven, offering a culinary experience that is quintessentially Venetian. Cicchetti are small snacks or side dishes originating from Venice,

Duncan Savage wine tasting, 30 September
Duncan Savage makes profound, mineral-driven white wines with ageing potential from interesting, exposed terroirs. In 2011 he began his own project, Savage Wines, in tandem with his then-day job. The Savage Wines were met with great critical acclaim and in 2016 he made them his full-time endeavour. He buys grapes and leases vineyards with old varietals in interesting sites all over the Western Cape. His winery is located in an urban space in Salt River, Cape Town. Stylistically he focuses on freshness and elegance, crafting wines with lower alcohols. He likes to pick early, looking for acidity, using whole clusters where appropriate, and old vines wherever possible.
Meet him on the 30th of September, while tasting the newly released wines.
